WEDNESDAY MEAL DELIVERY

We deliver every Wednesday (12pm-5pm) to most zip codes in Santa Barbara, Montecito, Summerland, Carpinteria, and Goleta. We create seasonal, simple, balanced, nutritious, and approachable modern comfort food. Menus are designed to hold in the fridge and we have freezer-friendly options as well. MEAL DELIVERY FAQ

When do I need to order by?
The cut-off is each Sunday at 11:59pm for the following Wednesday.

How often do you change the menu?
Currently, we rotate menus every 3 weeks. Select items remain each week, but a majority of the dishes change.

What’s the bag deposit?
Providing a chilled tote bag (with ice packs) for every delivery is mandatory to ensure quality and to be able to receive food without someone being home. Once we receive our items back, that $25 is returned to your card of payment. 

Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free for subtotals that are $100 or more. Otherwise delivery is $20. 

How do I know there’s a new menu?
The best way is to subscribe to our meal delivery newsletter. We send an email every Thursday morning, and then a reminder on Saturday (and sometimes Sunday).

What kind of containers do you use?
We use compostable containers that can go directly in the oven or microwave (remove the lids).

Can you accommodate allergies?
We try our best to properly label allergens and avoid cross contamination, however we do not recommend our service if you have severe food allergies. Our kitchen contains ingredients with wheat, eggs, buts, soy, dairy, shellfish, etc. Please inquire with us (hello@poe-and-co.com) if you have any questions.

Can I customize a dish?
Not at this time, however we are offering some dishes with minor modifications (“no cheese”).

Do you accommodate different diets?
We label dishes if they are vegan, vegetarian, plant-based, gluten free, & dairy free. We do not provide nutrition labels.

Can I pickup?
Yes, you can pick up every Wednesday from 12pm-5pm from our kitchen at 440 East Ortega St. Santa Barbara 93101.

Do you serve organic ingredients?
Many of our ingredients are local and/or organic and come from the area. Chickens are ethically raised and fed. We serve wild salmon when it's local and in season. We use olive oil and rice bran oil.

Do you offer refunds?
We understand that things happen. If you need to change your delivery date, please let us know by the Sunday (11:59pm) prior to your Wednesday meal delivery date. If your meal arrives damaged, please inform us on the same date as delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your meal, please let us know why. We offer credit on a case-by-case basis.
